The Executive Chairman of Amuwo Odofin Local Government Area has praised the Governor of Lagos State for the initiative to sell subsidized food items to residents of the state at designated places.
The council boss described the Governor as a "leader with empathy all over him" who is committed to the well being of the people he is governing.
Engr Buraimoh however warned Lagosians to make judicious use of the opportunity by following instructions and buying for consumption, not to resell, warning that whoever is caught engaging in such will be handed over to the law enforcement officers.
He promised to ensure strict compliance with the laid down guidelines at the Festac Junior Grammar School, the venue for his Local Government, as he will aways be there to lead by example
Engr. Buraimoh urged residents to troop out and avail themselves the opportunity provided by Mr Governor to cushion the effect of the economic situation in the country.
