The Honourable Commissioner for Housing, Hon. Moruf Akinderu-Fatai has been recognized as the Commissioner Man of the Year at the 18th Africa International Housing Show.
The prestigious award ceremony took place
in Abuja, at the 18th Africa International Housing Show.
According to the organiser the Commissioner Man of the Year award acknowledges outstanding contributions and leadership in the Housing Sector, the Commissioner for Housing Lagos who was honored for his commitment to addressing housing challenges, innovative solutions, and dedication to providing affordable housing for all.
Akinderu-Fatai said "I am humbled to receive this esteemed award, "It is a testament to our administration's tireless efforts to transform the housing landscape in Lagos State , We will continue to work towards ensuring that every citizen has access to decent and affordable housing." He said.
The 18th Africa International Housing Show brought together industry experts, policymakers, and stakeholders to discuss housing solutions and strategies.
The award was dedicated to the Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu for giving him the platform and believing in his ability to deliver on the mandate given to him.
The award was received on behalf of the commissioner for Housing by the delegation from the Ministry of Housing, Lagos State.
