It was the celebration of life on Saturday 6th July 2024 as family of Fagbemi,friends religious associates as well as members and partners of Hadassah Healing Foundation trooped out to celebrate Lagos pastor,Nike Olubunmi Lamai who transited to the great beyond last year
The one year remembrance organized by the immediate paternal family of the deceased Pastor,sponsored by her immediate sister,Aderemi Fagbemi had in attendance clerics from her church,Redeemed Christian Church of God Rose of Sharon parish,Hadassah foundation and friends of the deceased
The event which commenced at the Rose of Sharon parish of the Redeemed Church at Adekunle Fajuyi way,GRS Ikeja had in session various choir of the church rendering songs in celebrating a woman who dedicated all her life to the service of her creator
Pastor Nike Lamai was described as a special being who served her maker passionately till she breathed her last.
The Officiating minister,pastor Emeka Obiagwu who preached at the event appealed to all present at the event to imbibe the life and times of Pastor Nike Lamai by serving God
He stated that ,though pastor Nike has transited,which is painful to loved ones,but that he is assured that she is resting in the right hand of her creator
In her appreciation message,Princess Aderemi Fagbemi thanked all present and enjoined all to emulate her late sister ,whine she said gave all her earthly possessions to serve her Lord,stressing that she lived a fulfilled life ,promising that the family will continue to remember her every year as a child who dedicated her entire life to God's work
The event came to an end with a reception at the Maryland resident of the sister ,with food and drinks
