A member of Chief Commander Ebenezer Fabiyi Obey Inter Refirmers' Band, who was the Assistant general manager , Alhaji Ayinla Fasasi popularly known as Vasco Dagama has passed on at the age of 90 years
He started as a singer then drummer before his elevation to the position of Assistant General Manager, a post he held till he left the band
The ebullient drummer died on Tuesday morning after a protracted illness at his Place of birth in Iro in Ogun state
The late Vasco Dagama was survived by wives,children and grandchildren
He will be buried today in accordance with Islamic rites
