Lagos NURTW Chairman,Alhaji Mustapha Adekunle Adio (Sego) Calls for Peace in Lagos As He visits Opeluwa of Ido and Baba Alado

 




In his characteristics way of fostering peace and harmony since he assumed office as the Chairman of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), Alhaji Mustapha Adekunle Adio popularly known as Tafa Sego on last week Thursday and Sunday commenced another round of peace building ,where he called for synergy among Members of the union 



He called on all members, irrespective of their positions to see themselves as one and ensure that they work in harmony and sincerity 


He made the appeal when he and the national president of the union,Alhaji Musiliu Ayinde Akinsanya,known as MC Oluomo visited the Opeluwa of Ido,Chief Lateef Aderibigbe Ajose and Alhaji Taorid Faronbi also known as Baba Alado 




The Lagos NURTW in company of Alhaji Akinsanya at the palace of the Opeluwa of Ido,informed the gathering that presently, himself and Alhaji Akinsanya have resolved to work together for the peace, progress and development of the state and warned those he described as "busy bodies"and those fanning the embers of discord in the union to desist from the act



He  further  appealed to all union members to imbibe the culture of progressive relationship among themselves,so that success will be achieved 


This move of his has been widely described as the best in the history of the union,as he was commended for his peace efforts and that history will not forget this move


Most of the union officials who were on his entourage and others praised him for preaching peaceful co-estistence since assumption of office 


They all prayed to God   to grant him the  wherewithal to enable him continue in the path he has chosen
