Just as Pupils of both private and public schools across the state resume today, prominent aspirant for the exalted position of Chairman, Ojokoro Local Council Development Area- Comrade Aduragbemi Olanrewaju Olaide joined others in welcoming Pupils back school after the First term holiday
He described the students as the hope of tomorrow and as such must be catered for, assuring them that when elected, he will ensure education gets the largest share of the budget, as education is the most appropriate legacy to give to the younger ones.
The Ojokoro based politician equally used the opportunity to welcome staff back to work, urging them to rededicate themselves to their duties
In his words "let me welcome our children back to school after the first term holiday. It is good to have you all back after the festive period. Let me appeal to you to continue to face your studies and make your parents proud. We shall continue to support you where necessary for you to be able to achieve your potentials.
"On behalf of myself and my family, I welcome you all back to school for the second term in the 2024/2025 academic year. God will be with you all through", he concluded
