His Exc The Senator. Otunba Engr Gbenga Daniel, representing Ogun East, has expressed his condolences to the Minister of State for Health, Dr Isiaq Kunle Salako, following the passing of his mother, Alhaja Fadilat Anike Salako.
Alhaja Salako passed away on the evening of 5 March 2025 at the age of 95. She was laid to rest in Ayetoro, Yewa North Local Government, Ogun State, in accordance with Islamic rites.
Senator Daniel described the loss as a painful moment for Dr Salako and his family, urging them to take solace in the legacy of kindness and integrity which the late matriarch left behind. He prayed for Allah's mercy on her soul and strength for the bereaved family.
