IPCR, Humanitarian Institute To Sign MOU

.... As Both Institutes Take A Regional And Global Focus

The Institute for Peace and Conflict Resolution (IPCR) is set to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Humanitarian Institute.

This partnership marks a significant milestone in their collaborative efforts to promote peace, security, and development in Africa and beyond.

The partnership reflects their shared commitment to promoting peace and security.

By working together, the two institutions will leverage their expertise and resources to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and communities affected by conflict and humanitarian crises.

According to the Director General of IPCR, Dr. Joseph Ochogwu, "Collaboration is vital to peace building, and this work is about passion - to make a world of difference in society."

Dr. Ochogwu received the delegation from the Humanitarian Institute at his office in Abuja on Thursday.

The Director General disclosed that the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Amb. Yusuf Maitama Tuggar, has tasked the Institute with adopting a regional and global focus.

He, however, commended the Humanitarian Institute for their upcoming regional award on October 11, 2025, and appreciated their humanitarian work across the country.
