In a renewed effort to promote community health and preventive medical care, Surgil in collaboration with OMOJ'OMOLO CARES, an initiative of Hon. Ogundipe Stephen Olukayode (OMOJ'OMOLO), Member representing Oshodi-Isolo Constituency-01 in the Lagos State House of Assembly will tomorrow, Saturday host a Breast Cancer Awareness and Outreach Programme in Oshodi.
Themed “Catch It Early, Love Fully,” the event aims to empower women and families with vital knowledge about breast cancer, its early detection, and access to free screening and treatment support. The programme is part of Hon. Ogundipe’s ongoing commitment to improving healthcare accessibility and awareness within his constituency.
According to the organisers, participants will benefit from a wide range of free preventive healthcare services, including:
Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar Checks
Clinical and Self-Breast Examinations
Free Ultrasound Scans
Free Mammograms
Free Medications
Health Talks and Guidance from Medical Experts
The outreach will take place at The Clinic, All Saints Anglican Church, 1 Mabayoje Street, Oshodi, Lagos, beginning at 8:00 a.m.
With only 250 slots available to ensure proper consultation and service delivery, residents are encouraged to pre-book their participation.
