Southern Youth Forum team earlier today, paid a courtesy visit to the Office of the Lagos State Chief Resilience Officer, Lagos State Resilience Office (LASRO), to express their appreciation for her exemplary leadership and significant contributions to advancing resilience initiatives in Lagos State, particularly among youths.
In recognition of her outstanding service, she was conferred with the Nelson Mandela Leadership Award of Excellence and Integrity and honoured with the title “Most Outstanding Youth-Friendly Public Servant of the Year 2025.”
In her response, the Chief Resilience Officer, Dr. Folayinka Dania, expressed her appreciation to the Southern Youth Forum for the honour bestowed on her.
She emphasised that beyond engaging youths across the State, she and her team have also extended resilience thinking to secondary schools as part of deliberate efforts to strengthen and institutionalise a culture of resilience for all.
