Veteran Fuji Musician in Nigeria and the oldest in the genre, Alhaji Love Azeez is dead.
Alhaji Love Azeez was said to have died on Wednesday afternoon after a brief illness at the age of 81 years
Tadico Wonder,General Secretary of Fuji Musician Association of Nigeria (FUMAN) confirmed the death of the veteran Fuji star on his Facebook page
He wrote,“So sad , the oldest FUJI MUSICIAN, ALHAJI LOVE AZEEZ OLADEJI gave up the ghost this evening after a brief illness.
“RIP BABA WA LOVE AZEEZ L’AGEGE – Tardico Wonder, General Secretary Of Fuji Musicians Association Of Nigeria (Fuman)HQ.”
He will be buried today in accordance with Islamic injunction
