The Nigerian Port Consultative Council ably represented by one of its management officers, Mr. Bolaji Sunmola led delegates of the Manufacturing Association of Nigeria, Bonded terminal forum and chambers of commerce to a strategic Synergy meeting with the Executive Chairman, Amuwo-Odofin Local Government, Engr. Dr. Valentine Buraimoh in his office at the council secretariat.
Top of the agenda of the meeting was to initiate a workable plan for infrastructural development across the environs of the industrial park estates.
The groups through the spokesperson at the meeting for the manufacturers association, Mr. John Aluya pledged the commitment of its members to work in partnership with the local government in addressing infrastructural challenges across the industrial estates.
The council chairman in his response, thanked the groups for their resolution to partner with the government in the interest of its host community of its members. He said his administration is open to the proposals of the groups and very hopeful of a beneficial working relationship.
