The Motorcycle Operators Union of Nigeria [MOUN] has received with profound shock the news of the passing of Comrade Emmanuel Ugboaja Esq, General Secretary of the Nigeria Labour Congress [NLC]
In a statement signed by Comrade Ade Ikuesan, General Secretary of MOUN, the Union described the late Comrade Ugboaja as “an outstanding labour leader, a tireless advocate for workers' rights, and a dependable pillar of the Congress.”
“His commitment and selfless service to the Nigerian working class remain indelible. This is a great loss to the NLC and the entire labour movement,”the statement read.
MOUN commiserates with the President, NEC, and entire membership of the NLC, as well as the bereaved family, and prayed for the repose of his soul.
