He featured in several movies and produced countless movies , where he distinguished himself.
Olu Jacobs, born on July 11, 1942, was one of Nigeria’s most recognisable actors, with a career spanning British television, international films, theatre and Nollywood.
He received numerous honours during his career, including the Member of the Order of the Federal Republic (MFR) in 2011, the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards Industry Merit Award and the Africa Movie Academy Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role.
